LATHER WEBSITE REDESIGN

Led the project management and design of the complete overhaul of lather.com. Including competitor analysis, wireframing, and mobile optimization in collaboration with a developer. The site was updated to LATHER’s most recent branding and additional modules were built for increased shopability and brand education.
